Terms of Use
Last updated · July 4, 2026The short version: Halo is a design concept presented for demonstration — not a real product you can buy. Everything shown, including specs, finishes, timing, and the reservation form, is illustrative. Please use the site fairly and lawfully.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Halo website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site presents Halo, a conceptual AR eyewear design, for demonstration purposes. Halo is not a company, a shipping product, or something available for sale. Any descriptions, images, specifications, finishes, pricing, or dates shown are illustrative and do not form a binding offer, quote, or contract.
3. The reservation form
The “notify me” / reservation form is a demonstration. Submitting it does not create any agreement, place an order, or reserve a product, and in this build it transmits nothing. We are under no obligation to provide any product or service.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, and imagery on this site are owned by the site's authors or used with permission, and are protected by law. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse its content commercially without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep it functioning, we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or always available. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors of this site are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
8. Third-party links
The site may reference third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Texas.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
Halo is a concept and has no staffed contact line. Questions about these terms would go through the reservation form on our home page.
