Data Request

Last updated · July 4, 2026

The short version: you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any information you've given us. Because Halo is a demonstration concept and its reservation form transmits nothing, there is normally no personal data to act on — but if that ever changed, we'd respond free of charge within 45 days.

1. Your rights

If you're a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) gives you the right to ask a business about the personal data it holds on you. Residents of other states may have similar rights. Subject to verifying your identity, you can ask us to:

2. How to make a request

Because Halo is a concept with no staffed contact channel, requests would come through the reservation form on the home page. To help us find your information and confirm it's really you, please include:

Contact for requests: the reservation form on our home page.

3. What happens next

We'll confirm we received your request, verify your identity, and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why and may extend once as the law allows. There's no charge for a reasonable request.

4. If we say no

If we can't complete your request, we'll explain why. Under the TDPSA you have the right to appeal that decision — just reply to our response and we'll review it again. If you're still not satisfied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.

5. No retaliation

We will never deny you service, charge you more, or treat you differently for making a privacy request.
