Privacy Policy

Last updated · July 4, 2026

The short version: Halo is a design concept, not a real company or product. The only thing this site can collect is an email address you type into the reservation form — and in this demonstration build that form doesn't actually send anywhere. We don't sell your information, we don't run advertising or analytics trackers, and you can ask us to see or delete what we hold at any time.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Halo (“Halo,” “we,” “us,” “our”) — a design concept presented on this website for demonstration — handles information collected through the site. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. The site's only form is the reservation waitlist, which asks for your email address so we could tell you when reservations open. There is no account and no login. In this demonstration build the form is a mock-up that validates your entry in your browser and transmits nothing — no email is stored or sent anywhere.

Information collected automatically. Like every website, our hosting provider records standard technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view — in server logs used to deliver the site and guard against abuse. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

3. How we use your information

If the waitlist were live, we would use an email you provide only to notify you when Halo reservations open. We would not use it for marketing to unrelated audiences, and we would not sell or rent it to anyone. Because this is a demonstration, no message is actually sent.

4. When we share it

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, the company that hosts this website — and only as needed to run the site. This site loads no third-party content beyond our hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We never sell it.

5. How long we keep it

Because the reservation form transmits nothing in this build, we don't retain submissions at all. If the waitlist went live, we would keep an email only as long as needed to notify you, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see Section 7).

6. How we protect it

This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and collects only what it needs. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect any information handled through the site.

7. Your privacy rights

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and residents of other states may have similar rights. Subject to verification, you can ask us to:

To make a request, see our Data Request page. We will respond within 45 days and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

8. Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above.

10. Contact us

Halo is a concept and has no staffed contact line. Questions about this policy would go through the reservation form on our home page.
